This is our chef’s family recipe where we use US grain-fed pork chop and marinate it with teriyaki sauce (and his secret dashi stock) for hours and pan seared with butter to perfection!
Paired with flavourful risotto made with Japanese rice and infused with French onion soup and red wine, this dish is simply breath-taking!
Briny sea flavours are enhanced with a whole XL squid pan fried and topped with buttery and rich miso butter, served with squid ink aglio olio pasta. This dish is just Ika-licious!
