Bonjour! Miam Miam is proud to announce the launch of our two-course set meal. With this set meal, we are going back to our root of French-Japanese dining. We are offering our hot favourites and top-selling mainstays at only S$50++ for two persons. Customers will get to enjoy two main courses and two desserts!

Our hot favourites and top-selling mainstays include:

1) Miam Miam Spaghetti: This all-time favourite is sautéed with frankfurters, tomatoes, baby spinach and bacon. Each portion of raw pasta measures 110g and is then doused in boiling water and cooked for exactly 7.5 minutes to achieve the perfect bite and that elusive al dente texture. The pasta is then tossed with French butter, Miam Miam’s secret broth and Japanese shoyu. A sprinkle of aji goma (Japanese sesame) is added for the finishing touch.

2) Soufflé De Nuage: This homespun fresh tomato sautéed rice is topped with fluffy clouds of egg and cheese! The premium Japanese rice boasts a firm texture, and the Japanese ketchup base has an enticing and bright note.

3) Famous French Toast: This quintessential French dish, known originally as Pain Perdu, is a classic as far as French dessert goes. The toast is topped with freshly whipped vanilla whipped cream and drenched with the goodness of maple syrup.

4) Matcha Soufflé: Made using a richly seasoned base that is oven baked until its fluffiest state, the golden-brown French soufflé is simply indulgent! Miam Miam uses only the finest-grade (VA-1) matcha powder to produce all its matcha items. The matcha powder is produced from tencha tea leaves, which are grown carefully without exposure to direct sunlight. Only the tip of the leaves is used to produce the powder. It contains very high nutritional values as compared with sencha, which is exposed to direct sunlight.
